After twenty-seven issues, a book, a blog and numerous events, BUTT magazine is almost ready to drop its first ever pin-up calendar. No ordinary monthly calendar, BUTT 2010 is jam-packed with the down-to-earth, international dudes our readers treasure.
From almost every corner of the globe, BUTT fans have submitted their most candid and racy photos, which have then been carefully selected and sequenced over 54 weeks. There’s also a handful of bonus portraits by some of the magazine’s marquee contributors like Bruce LaBruce, Alasdair McLellan and Wolfgang Tillmans.
We have included a selection of super-gay dates like 7 April 1998, the day George Michael was arrested in a Beverly Hills restroom, or 15 August 1911, the day that Crisco was introduced. Plus every week there’s a mini-agenda for your own who’s-still-to-do list of booty calls, fuck buddies and future ex-boyfriends.
The perfect holiday gift, it can be used as a desk calendar or hung on the wall of your bedroom or studio (every one has been shot through with a six millimeter drill hole). Each of the black and white photos has been reproduced in rich four-color process on BUTT’s trademark pink paper, then lovingly crafted into a single pad and bound with a heavy duty cardboard backing and cover stock.
