Just when you’re ready to go Libertarian because Obama can’t stop bending over backwards to appease Republicans, he does something utterly brilliant: declares DOMA unconstitutional and instructs the US Department of Justice to stop defending it in court.

That’s one positive step forward for married homos like Josh and Simon, who hope to one day have their marriage recognized in the State of New York, or maybe even by the US Federal Government.
