BUTT readers in Lisbon, Portugal will want to catch Antonio Da Silva’s short film ‘Mates’ when it makes its debut tonight at Queer Lisboa, a gay film festival now in its fifteenth year. The above clip is just a taste, really, the dénouement of his extra spicy video. Is it art or is it porn? The jury’s still out on that one, but we wouldn’t say no to Antonio or most of the guys he’s fucking around with in the video.

‘Mates’ is a kind of document of Portuguese artist/filmmaker Antonio’s real life sexual encounters in his adopted hometown London. It’s the result of months of online flirting and random hook ups with horny, hyper-connected homos. He directed and edited the film, and his best mates may also recognize him as one of the cast.

Antonio just so happens to be one of forty-seven handsome studs featured in BUTT’s 2012 calendar. Look for him (and his destabilizing stare) in the month of September. London Buttheads can get a sneak preview of the calendar when we present it at CLUB BUTT tomorrow night.
