Ale, a teacher from a small town on the northeastern coast of Brazil, sent in this photo of himself on the kitchen floor in the midst of his pilates routine. He has been taking private pilates instruction for the past six years with a buddy (who also happens to be a fireman). Ale also keeps fit by jogging and swimming at the local beach.
