This is jock-strapped Drew Daniel, of Matmos and Soft Pink Truth fame, at the tender age of 19 or 20 when he was a go-go dancer at Club Uranus in San Francisco.
This and many other fabulous images were exhibited as part of SPKR, an amplified history of San Francisco’s queer dance floors, this past weekend by Honey Soundsystem in benefit of San Francisco’s GLBT Historical Society.
