This month, all eyes are on the Tour de France — if you’re a cycling enthusiast, that is, or have a thing for tight asses in spandex. While visiting his mother in his hometown of Tours, Maxence stumbled upon some seriously voyeuristic photo ops with the Paris-Tours race and its exhibitionist competitors.
