When 30-year-old Tyler had his career as a professional ballet dancer cut short because of a broken back, he got into fashion and eventually found himself in the position of Senior Editor at Another Man in London. These days, he thinks of picture taking as a hobby, and tends to shoot friends and gay guys he hangs out with in his hometown Vancouver.
Tyler is a ‘quintessential Scorpio’ (which sounds kinda fierce, but he’s actually really very sweet). He likes sex trade workers, amateur porn, cooking shows, chocolate chip cookies, prawn cocktail crisps, Skittles, heavy metal music and tall men. He has compiled a kind of personal photographic journal of the previous year, August 2009 – August 2010, for Ohwow publishers. You can grab one of the last few copies here.
