At this time of year, the sun doesn’t come up above the mountain, and there’s increasingly less and less daylight until mid-December when it’s pretty much completely dark during the day. Although the city doesn’t have much of a gay scene, they’re both quite happy studying in such an isolated outpost where a lot of men consider themselves bicurious.
